What food do you sell in the cafΓ©?
We sell a selection of hot and cold drinks, delicious baguettes and cakes. We also sell a variety of adults and childrenβs snacks which include suitable options for dietary allergies and intolerances.
Can I bring my own food?
We work hard to bring delicious, great value food for babies through to grownups. Unfortunately, we donβt allow any other food onsite, although we appreciate, we canβt meet everyoneβs needs so exceptions will apply.
Do you have disabled toilets and baby changing facilities?
Weβre pleased to provide wheelchair friendly access, an onsite toilet and baby change facilities.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, up to 6 years. Up to 8 years welcome within a family group visit if supervised.
Children over 8 years welcome as non-playing guests if supervised; adult entry fee applicable.
What do I need to bring?
For hygiene purposes, please dress yourselves and your little ones in socks.
Can I leave my child in Wonder alone?
No, all children must be accompanied by an adult for their own safety.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have booked a play session your explorer pass will be non refundable, although every effort will be made to transfer your session to an alternative date. Party deposits and balances are non- refundable once paid.
What procedures are in place if my child has an accident?
All staff are in the process of being first aid trained. Please report any accidents or injuries to a member of the team immediately so we can do our best to assist you.
Can we provide our own food for children parties?
You may provide your own food, however all-party food must be cold and in packaging.
Can I take photos?
We welcome photography and the capturing of special moments, just please be mindful of other children and guests. We reserve the right to request access to any photographs taken if a complaint is made and act accordingly.
What should I do if I discover any broken equipment?
Please report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to our team members, your experience and safety is our priority. We know how curious little hands are. We ask that you please ensure all equipment and toys of Wonder stay onsite.
Do you offer a smoking area?
Smoking including e-cigarettes is prohibited.
Are staff DBS checked?
Yes, all staff are DBS checked which is regularly updated.
Where do I put my buggy?
We offer a designated buggy park inside Wonder.
What happens if you cancel my booking?
You will be offered a refund, or replacement booking should we have to cancel the session.
Do you offer SEN sessions?
Yes, one Tuesday a month we offer a play session that is calmer and more relaxed, with reduced lighting and limited capacity. Β All of our play areas are also wheelchair friendly. Check our events for details of the next session.Β
Will Wonder take responsibility for my belongings?
We will do our best to help as these things are unfortunate and disappointing. However, Wonder cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal property inside our premises.
